What is molecular gastronomy? It is the application of science to culinary practices in order to create new foods by learning more about their physical and chemical properties.
And seriously, what could be more fun than combining science and food??
Join us in the kitchen as we prepare a special beverages class

Lemonade Jellies with Edible Glitter
Learn food and kitchen safety, weights and measures, how to work with dry ice, gels, fire and powders. But most importantly, we are going to play with our food!
Location: Classes take place in my home in St Pete (5 Points Neighborhood). I'll email full location/parking details prior to the start of the class. I will provide some healthy snacks to accompany our sweets.
Time: Feb 8th 2:00-5:00pm
Given some of the ingredients we work with, I recommend this class for ages 8-16. However, if your young one is 5-7, you are welcome to sign-up and work alongside them.
