Join me in the kitchen as we whip up two delicious dinner party menus: one French and one American. Each menu includes a cocktail, appetizer, side, entrée, and dessert. All recipes are extremely simple to prepare and ingredients are easy to find in Santiago.
Your team of 2 will chop, sauté and mix it up in the kitchen with 2 or 3 recipes. You will get to sample and observe all recipes and of course take them all home with you to try out at your own dinner party.
While sipping cocktails and enjoying our hard work, we will discuss the 4 Dinner Party Ps: planning, prepping, plating and pairing. Bring a friend or a hot date, a bottle of wine, and great conversation. Stay as long as you like or until all the wine is gone. ;)
