Join me in the kitchen for my three-day Cooking Basics class. I’ve taken all my favorite nuggets of knowledge from my Le Cordon Blue training and combined them with 15 years of teaching. Whether you are looking for some new recipes and great short cuts or new to cooking and hoping to gain cooking confidence, this class is for you.

In three relaxed, fun-filled classes, I’ll teach you how to cook simple, healthy, delicious food. You'll learn about basic cooking equipment, knife skills, and how to make a bevy of simple recipes. Get hands-on practice with knife skills so you can make prep time in your own kitchen a snap. In each class you will get to jump in and help me with a recipe and of course enjoy wine and food samples as each item is prepared. Learn my favorite places to shop in Santiago and get tips on meal planning so your time in the kitchen is stress-free and delicious.
