A 2-Day Baking Competition for Kids
Join Rachael Rydbeck (Cooking with Rachael) and Allison Ramsay (Sweet Chile) in the kitchen as we work with young bakers to teach them the skills they need to independently navigate the kitchen.
All participants will take part in two baking challenges, where bakers will try and reproduce a professionally made mystery item as well as a cake. As in all good competitions, prizes will be awarded. :)
Demonstrations will be given on buttercream making as well as shaping "secret animals" out of fondant. All competitors will bring home samples of their work both days.
Teams work in pairs and this class is ideal for bakers over the age of 7.
