That and I managed to reproduce the orginal version at home.<BR/><BR/>I will try the beef brisket next time I go. I didn't mention Azia because I couldn't remember if I have eaten there in the past year. I LOVE their cranberry cream cheese wontons and they make the best pomegranate mojito. Random faves that come to mind right now:<BR/><BR/>Massaman curry with chicken at Ruam-Mit.<BR/><BR/>Beef brisket Phở at Hoa-Bien. I'd say the special beef (brisket, rare and tripe), but the tripe was tougher than tires. Nice to see this place mentioned. It seems like they are sort the dark horse Vietnamese place in town.<BR/><BR/>It's likely never the same more than once, but the chef select sushi dinner at Azia/Anemoni was spectacular!<BR/><BR/>My guilty pleasure would be cream cheese puffs from Chin Chin (new strip mall chinese place on Smith in W St Paul). I'm sure they break all kinds of rules, but I just can't stop eating them.
