Question:
So, I have a question for you about BACON. I would really like to learn how to do bacon in the oven. We have tried doing it on one of those wire rack things on a cookie sheet in the oven, but they didn't turn out all that crispy (not sure what temp. we did it on).
Then a friend told me that you can cover a cookie sheet with edges with tinfoil and then lay the bacon directly on that, bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes and that's it. It gets crispy because it gets to cook in the fat perhaps. Before I try this and possibly waste more bacon I wondered if you know how to make a good piece of bacon in the oven.

Answer:
Here is my favorite way, very similar to your friend.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Lay out bacon on sheet pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Place cooked bacon on pan lined with paper towels to cool.
