I though a picture of my main taster was in order. Joel is always game for my kitchen concoctions. He was diagnosed this year with a gluten allergy, and I have quickly learned the do's and don'ts of his new diet. I plan to post some of what I have learned. The web has a plethora of gluten-free information, but it can still be challenging to find restaurants and stores that will cater to this lifestyle.
